 Started 12 of 12 games played at left cornerback...finished season with 43 tackles, two interceptions,
 one fumble recovery and 12 passes defensed...Harper had one interception in each of two games,
 including Game 5 against Baltimore Sept. 28 and Game 8 versus Indianapolis Oct. 26...had

 Recorded a career-high 76 tackles and tied a career-high with four interceptions while starting all 16
 regular season games in 1995..Named to Dr. Z's Sports Illustrated All-Pro team.Had one of San Diego's
 most memorable defensive performances when he intercepted three passes and recorded a career-high
 12 tackles vs. Oakland on Monday Night Football.
