Batteaux is a tremendous athlete who is in his second stint on San Diego's practice squad. He is a converted option quarterback who was college teammate of running back LaDainian Tomlinson, Chargers top pick in 2001 NFL Draft, as well as rookie offensive lineman Michael Keathley.

College: Began career at Texas Christian as wide receiver...final career totals include 812 rushing yards, 762 passing yards, 483 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns...was reserve on TCU's Western Athletic Conference Pacific Division Championship basketball team in 1997...finance major.
